Everything the board can do
Every feature below is in the app today. The illustrations use the board's own styles.
Rollover
Yesterday's tasks move to today
You don't reschedule anything and you don't clear an inbox. Whatever was still open when the day ended appears in the new day's column, in the order you left it. The board never builds up a backlog you'd rather not look at.

Deadlines and checklists
Everything a task needs, on one row
Give a task a deadline and it gets a small badge: grey while it's far off, amber as it comes up, red and pulsing once it has passed. Break the task into steps and the same row shows how many are done. Neither needs a panel to open.
Someday lists
Room for the things with no date
Below the week is a second board of columns you name yourself: Reading, Groceries, Work, One day. Links you want to come back to, tasks with no deadline, the shopping list. They stay there until you drag one up into a day.

In Google Calendar
Google Calendar
Write a time, get a reminder
Start a task with a time and SimpleWeek adds it to your Google Calendar, so the reminder arrives wherever your calendar already reaches: phone, laptop, watch. A small blue dot on the row confirms it synced.
Markdown
Write it the way you already type it
Bold, italic and links are plain Markdown, and the row shows the result rather than the asterisks. A pasted URL becomes a link you can open straight from the board, without opening the task first.

Drag and drop
Drag a task where it belongs
Pick a task up and drop it anywhere: further up its own column to change the order, or across into another day. The gap closes behind it, and the new day keeps it exactly where you dropped it.
And the small things
Recurring tasks
Daily, weekly or every other week. It appears on its day in its own colour, and can't be dragged out of place by accident.
Workspaces
Personal and Work are two boards behind one switch in the header, each with a keyboard shortcut.
Two themes
Deep green, or Mint Wash. It follows your system setting until you pick one yourself.
Different languages
Interface, day names and dates in different languages, in your own time zone.
